Publication Journals
Applications made under the Patents and Biotechnological Inventions (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance 2009 are published by the Registrar for 20 working days during which observations may be sent to the Registrar.
These publication journals are produced on a weekly basis and posted in the Publication Journals section (see below) of this site every Monday. Once the publication period has expired they will be archived and remain accessible in the publication journals section.
Any person who is directly affected by these publications should, in the first instance, contact the Intellectual Property Office.
