Image Rights Agents Code of Practice
The Image Rights (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017 came into force on 1st April 2017. The Amendment Ordinance enables the Committee for Economic development to prescribe and amend a Code of Practice for Image Rights Agents.
