Trade Marks
Publication of trade mark applications and events is undertaken by the Intellectual Property Office once a week. New notices are posted on the site every Monday and will remain published according to the publication period prescribed by the Registrar in the Office Rules. Notices are also removed as appropriate every Monday.
Notices of new applications to register a trade mark by the primary and supported registration routes are published for opposition purposes under s.38 of the Ordinance for a minimum of 20 working days. Restoration requests appear for the same period during which time observations may be sent to the Registrar. Renewal notices appear for two weeks for information only.

A trade mark journal supplement is also published here for a one month period highlighting any corrections made to previous publications.
