View the Trade Mark Register
The Trade Marks Register is established, maintained and made available by the Registrar of Intellectual Property in accordance with s.61 of the Ordinance.
For trade marks registered in the Bailiwick of Guernsey before 1st June 2006 we advise clients to refer to the relevant Royal Court confirmation documents for definitive proprietor name & address details and in some exceptional cases renewal due date. Alternatively, a search of the historic document files may be arranged by contacting the Intellectual Property Office for a Historic Ledger Search.
