Implementation of a Code of Practice for Image Rights Agents

The Image Rights (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2017 ("Amendment Ordinance") came into force on 1st April 2017.

The Amendment Ordinance enables the Committee for Economic Development to prescribe and amend a Code of Practice for Image Rights Agents.

The Registered Image Rights Agents Code of Practice is available to download below.
