New IP Fees - effective 01/03/16
Following the Intellectual Property Consultation last year, revised fee schedules for trade marks, registered designs and patents are due to come into effect on 01 March 2016 (subject to Board approval). These have been amended to regularise fees across all IP products and services; in most cases this has resulted in a reduction in the fee charged. The new fee schedules are available to download below.
