Office Closed - Public Holidays May & June 2012
Please note that the office will be closed on Wednesday 9 May, Monday 4 June and Tuesday 5 June for public holidays.
Image Rights - Consultation Update
There was an excellent response to the recent legislation consultation on image rights. The responses have now been reviewed and analysed.
The Law Officers have been consulted and the Commerce and Employment Board informed of the outcome. Having considered the drafting revisions together with the related policy matters it is now unlikely that a timetable for the July 2012 States meeting can be met. Subject to political decisions, we are confident of meeting a revised date for the subsequent States meeting in September 2012.
