IP agent forms & fee schedule
Agents may choose to register for some or all types of IP as part of the same process.
Registered agent status is granted under the following regulations:
- Trade marks: The Trade Marks (Register of Trade Mark Agents) Regulations, 2017
- Registered designs: The Registered Designs (Register of Design Right Agents) Regulations, 2017
- Patents: The Registered Patents and Biotechnological Inventions (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Regulations, 2012
- Image rights: The Image Rights (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Regulations, 2012
Registration fees

Registration & renewal forms
To apply to become an agent you will need to complete the below form and return it to the IPO with the relevant fee.
Registrations must be renewed each year on or before 31 December, by submitting a renewal form and the relevant fee.
