The practices of the office are set out in our Operating Rules. These explain the administrative detail of how processes and procedures are operated under the relevant law.

In addition to the Operating Rules,  the Registrar will from time to time issue Registrar's Notices. These notices will be used to update clients on new office practices or changes to existing practice under sections of the relevant law. There are also some particular areas of practice in which the Registrar has given specific direction about how matters will be treated, these will also be releases as notices.
