How do I register an Image Right ?
The Intellectual Property Office, on behalf of the Commerce and Employment Department, released on 8 February 2012 draft Image Rights legislation for consultation. the results of this consultation will determine how image rights can be registered in Guernsey.
The draft legislation has been sent to industry representatives and other interested parties however, it will also be made available to other parties on request to the Registrar.

The consultation runs until 7 March 2012.
