Some Laws or Ordinances give a States Department the power to make regulations, orders or rules which have the force of law. These are called Statutory Instruments. They deal with matters of detail relating to the operation of a Law (or Ordinance).

There are a large number of Statutory Instruments that relate to the legislation in the Bailiwick, however, the most important items that relate to intellectual property are provided for your ease of access and use in the table below:
