Payment Methods

All payments of fees and charges to the Intellectual Property Office, Bailiwick of Guernsey are required at the time of filing of an application request.


Payment may be by the following means:

CHEQUE -Cheque payable to the 'Guernsey Registry' in GB Pounds Sterling only.Reference numbers  issued by the Intellectual Property Office must be shown on the reverse of the cheque - notably where one cheque is tendered for more than one application   

High Volume Professional Account - By prior agreement with the Registrar, conditions apply
Guernsey Registry Account Holders - May also be permitted to allocate IP matters to their established accounts - this is subject to the respective firm's internal procedures.

BACS - Payment can be arranged by contacting the Office.
