This section explains how to search the intellectual property registers in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
The Intellectual Property Office provides online searches for the trade mark register. The design and patent registers are available online and can be reviewed at no cost. Formal requests for searches to be undertake by the Office can be made using the appropriate application forms. An administrative fee will be associated with formal search applications
