Guernsey Legal Resources & Access to Intellectual Property Legislation
Guernsey Legal Resources is a joint initiative by the Royal Court of Guernsey and the Law Officers of the Crown which provides a comprehensive collection of legislation and regulations for the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
All of the Guernsey intellectual property laws and their associated regulations can be found here making Guernsey Legal Resources a useful tool for anybody who needs to have access to the Intellectual Property (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2004 or any of its associated texts.
Please note: all Intellectual Property laws should be read in conjunction with their associated regulations (see the link to the regulations under the Law and Practice section of this site). These regulations cover matters of details relating to the operation of the Law.
