Applications made under the Image Rights (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 2012 are published by the Registrar for at least 20 working days during which observations may be sent to the Registrar.
These publication journals are produced on a weekly basis. Once the publication period has expired they will be archived and remain accessible in the publication journals section.
Any person who is directly affected by these publications should, in the first instance, contact the Intellectual Property Office.
