Trade Mark Agents Consultation - 24/03/2016
The Commerce and Employment Department has issued a consultation concerning Trade Mark Agents.
The purpose of the consultation is to seek input from interested parties on the proposed terms of a Register of Agents, initially for Trade Mark Agents and then for Intellectual Property Agents.
The closing date for responses was 31 May 2016. The consultation response document is available to download below.
