Registered Designs Regulations
Some Laws or Ordinances give a States Department the power to make regulations, orders or rules which have the force of law. These are called Statutory Instruments. They deal with matters of detail relating to the operation of a Law (or Ordinance).
The below table details all regulations that have been made under The Registered Designs (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 2005:
